Almost everyone knows that there are healthy foods that you can eat that will help you to have a strong body but not everyone knows that these foods can boost your spiritual self, as well. Here are some of the best foods if you want to nourish your body and your mind:

Organic Foods

Organic foods are great if you want to get rid of toxins from your body. These foods can take out things of your body that aren’t good for you and allows your body to get strong and to heal.

Celery

Celery is one of the foods that you can never get enough of. Your body works well with celery and celery can help you to reach your higher self. It can also help you to focus on your psychic gifts and to be able to grow stronger and healthier.

Fennel

Fennel is a spice that can bring healing and protection to your body. If you are facing psychic attacks, using fennel can help you. You should try to add fennel to your diet each day and put it on fresh meats, side dishes or salads.

Fennel can come in stalks, and you can put this in soups as well, replacing it with celery, or you can just add both. Other people will use the fennel seeds to make teas and garnishes.

Water

There are many people that don’t get enough water in their body. Water is one of the most critical things that you can put in your body, and it will affect your body and your psychic gifts. People that don’t drink enough water often miss out on the benefits of it.

It is important that you divide your weight by 2 and then that is how many ounces of water that you should drink each day. If you want to know if you are drinking enough, keep a log.

Rosewater

Rosewater can increase your energy and your psychic abilities. If you feel tired and you aren’t getting enough sleep or rest, rosewater can be added to your body and diet, or it can be added to your bath.

Herbal Teas

Herbal teas are great if you feel that you need to relax or if you are having a hard time remembering your dreams. These teas can help you to have vivid dreams or even can help you to lucid dream if you are trying to do that.

The teas also have other benefits to your body such as giving you mental clarity, helping with digestion, focus and lowering the toxins in your body.
